How do I receive my digital download?

After your order is confirmed, your digital files are delivered instantly via email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a download link. You can also access your files from your order confirmation page.

How many times can I download my files?

You can download your files multiple times. If you experience any issues accessing your downloads, please contact us at chosenfrequency78@gmail.com.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship physical orders worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Physical orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, email us at chosenfrequency78@gmail.com.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

What items can't be returned?

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, sale items, or gift cards.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll investigate.
